Module 3 — Justice Institutions and Procedures
Students examine courts, tribunals, institutions and procedures involved in addressing human rights issues.
Module 4 — Fair Process and Due Protection
Students analyse principles of fairness, procedural safeguards and requirements for legitimate justice processes.
Module 5 — Justice, Accountability and Remedies
Students examine the relationship between justice, accountability, remedies and restoring protection after violations.
Module 6 — Future Developments in Human Rights Justice
Students assess emerging challenges and developments affecting justice systems, technology and international rights protection.
