Introduction to God's Court of the People
A foundation course explaining the Court's purpose, structure, principles, volunteer pathway and relationship to the Founding Treaty.

Module 1 — Introduction to God's Court of the People
This module introduces the purpose of God's Court of the People as an international justice and dispute-resolution project. Students learn why an independent Court framework may be created, the importance of fairness, accountability and peaceful resolution, and the difference between studying a Court system and holding judicial authority.
Module 2 — The Founding Treaty and Legal Foundation
Students learn how the Founding Treaty provides the framework for the Court. This includes understanding the role of Treaty Articles, Court institutions, personnel structures, evidence processes, investigations, prosecution, defence, enforcement and specialist services. The current Founding Treaty remains the controlling source for the Court framework.
Module 3 — Court Structure and Professional Roles
This module introduces the different functions that support an international Court. Students learn about judges, prosecutors, defence representatives, investigators, clerks, enforcement officers, administrators and specialist contributors. Different roles require different competencies and responsibilities.
Module 4 — The Academy Learning and Competency Pathway
Students learn how the Academy supports education, preparation and professional development. Completing an Academy course demonstrates learning but does not automatically create Court authority, appointment or professional recognition. Formal competency assessment remains separate.
Module 5 — Volunteer Service and Future Court Contribution
This module explains the volunteer pathway and how people with professional, technical or specialist knowledge may contribute. The pathway allows individuals to learn, develop skills, gain experience and potentially support Court operations as the organisation develops. Future paid positions depend on sustainable Court funding.
Module 6 — Ethics, Independence and Responsibility
Students learn the importance of integrity, independence, confidentiality, accountability and professional conduct. Anyone contributing to Court activities must understand that trust, fairness and responsible behaviour are essential foundations of justice.
