Understanding the Founding Treaty
A structured introduction to the Treaty, its articles, institutions, rights, procedures and specialist functions.

Module 1 — Understanding the Purpose and Structure of the Founding Treaty
Students learn why the Founding Treaty exists and how it creates the framework for God's Court of the People. This includes understanding Articles as connected legal provisions containing definitions, responsibilities, powers, rights, procedures and safeguards.
Module 2 — Reading and Interpreting Treaty Articles
Students learn the principles of reading Treaty provisions carefully. They examine the importance of the actual wording, surrounding context, related Articles and the difference between what the Treaty states and later policy decisions.
Module 3 — Rights, Procedures and Court Accountability
Students study Treaty provisions relating to fundamental rights, fair process, evidence, victims, witnesses, investigations, prosecution, defence and accountability. Court powers must always operate within legal safeguards.
Module 4 — Court Institutions and Operational Functions
Students examine the institutions and functions established through the Treaty, including judicial roles, prosecution, defence, investigation, administration, enforcement and supporting services.
Module 5 — Specialist Functions and International Cooperation
Students explore specialist functions supported by the Treaty, including forensic and technical expertise, evidence services, territorial and boundary assistance, mapping, historical evidence, legal analysis and independent fact-finding.
Module 6 — Treaty Application and Future Competency Pathways
Students learn how Treaty knowledge connects to Academy education and future Court competency pathways. Completion of this course demonstrates learning but does not itself create appointment, authority or professional recognition.
